Here is a picture of Ezra while on a trip with our youth group.
This is him getting a quick picure with one of the
many entertainers at the Youth Encounter in Springfield.
Her name is Stephanie Smith....she is the vocalist in a Christian Rock band.
Ezra had such a great time on this trip. He is definitely growing up quickly.
One week from today he turns 13~

Santa came to our house......................... we must have been really good this year!

Well after all the anticipation Christmas eve came and Santa made his stop at our house. The boys were thrilled with everything he brought them. First up is Corbin, he loved sitting on Santa's lap at the mall, but doesn't seem to get it at all. He was not terribly interested in opening presents yet this year. He is 20 months old, and I expected he would get into it this year but in the end Carter and I opened most of his for him. He got a Medical Kit and a cool Baby Einstein floor toy. His favorite is the floor toy for sure. It fits together to look like the caterpillar but each section is a different activity and comes apart to carry around separately.

Next comes Carter. What a character he can be these days. He is 3 years and 9 months old now and he truly understands the concept of Santa and he told Santa exactly his wishes this year. He was very specific on one request which was a new car seat. It needs to be one like Elliot has he told him. Also he would like a toy, he was really vague on that one! LOL That is Carter. Santa came through for him and he got the Graco Nautilas seat and also a toy truck with a little canoe on top. If you ask him what he liked the most he will tell you the car seat Santa brought him followed by the Leapster Mommy and Daddy got him. He is a real hoot!

And third up is Elliot. He was a little leary of Santa at the mall, but he let me take a picture. He didn't say much to him, but that was all right. Santa knew what he wanted anyway. He brought him a large Police Playmobile set and a folding scooter. He is excited about both, but due to the wet nasty weather the police set is getting a lot more attention. Elliot is almost 6 and a half now. Christmas break is long for him as it is totally a break in his normal routine which he thrives in. He is already talking about what he wants to take for Show and Tell.

Ethan is a little skeptical about Santa this year but deep down I think he still believes. He visited with him long enough to let me get a photo, but he didn't really talk to him. Santa was good to him still. He brought him a scooter like Elliot only a different color, and a Tommy 20 nerf gun. He really is enjoying those, even if he was skeptical. Ethan believe it or not is almost 9 and a half now. How is that possible?

Last but definitely not least is Ezra. Our soon to be teenager. His gifts looked to tiny in comparison to the little guys, but Santa brought him exactly what he was wanting. A camera and a nun chuck for the WII. He loves them both. I cannot believe how old he is getting to be. Seems like just yesterday he was tiny and sitting on Santa's lap wishing for things like Tickle Me Elmo~

Our attempt at a Christmas card picture!

As always it was a challenge to get the boys to cooperate to get a picture in front of the tree. This year I gave up pretty quickly, so it is what it is....

Merry Christmas to All

The kids at Gabby's Party

Since Daddy was home I only took Ethan, Elliot, and Carter to Gabby's birthday party. Ezra was too old to want to go to a Barbie Party and Corbin too little to care. It was so much easier this way. They had a great time....

Carter and Calvin

I can't believe that Carter was so into Calvin when we were at Jennifer's house on Saturday. Just a short time ago he was totally terrified of him......and here he is letting Calvin lick him....too cute~

Baby Dedication Sunday

Ok, so we were a little behind on this. We had to do a two for one dedication.
Somehow life has been pretty hectic since Carter's birth (yes three years ago)
So we had both of them, Carter and Corbin dedicated.
We actually managed to get there for the early service (8:15 AM)
We did this with all five boys, dressed nice and fairly happy.

So in a nutshell.....there we are, the seven of us~

Happy Halloween

Here are the boys at our first Trick or Treat stop.......
Going from left to right we have Elliot as Pooh Bear, Carter as Elmo, Ezra as a sumo wrestler, Corbin as a sock monkey, and Ethan as a boxer.
What a crew!

The boys enjoyed trick or treating at a few friends houses and then we went to a Trunk or Treat for even more goodies and fun times....

What a night.
