Going on a Train Ride..........
We took Ethan, Elliot, and Carter on a Baby Talk field trip.It started in Carterville where we boarded the school bus. We boarded the Amtrak train in Carbondale and rode to DuQuoin. After the snacks were served, (yes snacks served on a twenty five minute ride) the kids were excited to get thier tickets punched by the conductor. Then they just relaxed and enjoyed the ride. After we arrived and got off the train they waved bye to the conductor and we got back on the school bus to go back to Carterville. The boys had a great time.
