A Well Awaited Family Vacation
Oh how wonderful it was to get away from the busy life and have a week to spend doing nothing but relaxing......
Ok so I still had to cook meals and feed the family, plus do just a little bit of laundry (only 8 loads which is a nice break) and even make one quick run to the urgent care for a minor head injury (yes that would be Carter again!).
It was still a great escape from reality for me. I even managed to fit in THREE bubble baths! Oh how wonderful they were!
First up are the sledding photos. This was great fun for the kids, I wish I could have participated myself but that was obviously not a practical thing for me to do considering.....

All in all we had a great time on our trip to Fox River. If only it could have lasted longer.It was nice to just kick back and do fun things for a while, this vacation tops our others by a long shot simply because when we got back I actually felt refreshed instead of like I needed a vacation from my vacation! LOL
